About Us
Minerva Technology was established in 1995 as a technical consultancy by Anthony Saunders. He is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience of medical plastics and filters, gained through senior positions in manufacturing, R&D and QA with companies which included Abbott Laboratories, Travenol and Sterilin.
The emphasis at Minerva is very much hands-on and practical support in addition to our expert advice. This is highlighted by the fact that we also manufacture products such as multi-layer filters using our in-house proprietary technology. Not many consultants also manufacture, but we feel that this helps to keep us in touch with the needs of production as well as those of design.
Our experience is broad based and covers non-medical plastics and packaging as well as healthcare and filtration technologies.
